This large, two bedroom, first floor apartment is designed on a split level right in the heart of the Vale do Lobo within easy walking distance of the beach and Praca area.
It has been recently refurbished and benefits from some ultra modern luxuries, including a 44" flat screen TV with Satellite package (including Sky Plus) and membership to the 5* Barringtons Sport Club (including complimentary use of both the outdoor and indoor swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms and squash courts.
The modernised kitchen comes complete with washing machine and dishwasher. It's finished with granite work surfaces and breakfast bar is well equipped.
Each of the bedrooms is of a large size. The first being a double room which opens out to the sun terrace and has bathroom on same floor. The second bedroom is twin bedded and served by a separate bathroom with shower.
The modern main living room has a sun terrace - complete with a barbeque for 'al fresco' dining Step through the French doors onto your terrace and over look the manicured gardens.
Distances
The resort has an amazing choice of bars and restaurants less than 15 minutes walk away (or 5 minutes by car) or a little further out of the resort is even more choice of friendly, high quality eateries.
A further choice of high class but friendly, family run restaurants are a few minutes drive away just outside the resort. Other amenities include a supermarket, ATM Machines, children's clubs, medical centres, hair salons, newsagents. There is also a wide range of shops a short drive away in Almancil. There is a marina and aqua park around 15 minutes drive away.
Booking notes
To secure your place at the apartment a 50% of the total charge as a non refundable deposit is requested, with the remaining 50% to be paid a month before your arrival date.
After the deposit has been paid, you will contact in writing to confirm your booking. The owner will contact you with details about apartment, directions, keys etc once the remaining portion of your fee has been paid.
